Meet adult colouring book artist Stuart Patrick Royce!
“I am someone who is driven to create because I love to entertain. I believe in creating things that are different, things that defy tried and tested formulae, forcing you to expand your own definition of enjoyment. I’m a dad and an entertainer, I love creating stories, art, and games almost as much as I love my family, and that’s really saying something.
Art is something I’ve always loved, since I could hold a crayon I was making paper a little less white. I took my first life-drawing classes at 15, and tried to keep my hand in over the years, but after college life just got in the way. I tried to indulge in any aspect of art and design I could, from animation and websites, to illustrations and game assets, but painting and drawing just for the sake of it fell by the wayside. I’ve returned to it now though, and I draw and paint because I simply have to, there is beauty everywhere which has to be enjoyed, explored, recreated, and represented. Oil, digital, or the back of a napkin, it doesn’t matter what the medium is because a canvas is a canvas and it must be doodled upon.”

Heres what people are saying!

  • “Fabulous. Beautifully sketched original pictures.”
  • “It’s beautiful and super detailed!”
  • “Lovely unique intricate designs to get lost in.”
  • “I have completed a few of the pictures and really enjoyed myself the colouring side of it certainly takes you away from everyday worries. Can highly recommend this book”

From fish to feathers, mushroom houses to dragons made of shells, this eclectic colouring book has something for everyone and will be great to share.

Author Note: I recommend the use of pencils for colouring this, as markers/pens bleed through the paper. I am working on a premium quality version but it will come at a greater cost. If you like the art work and want to help please rate this and show your interest, and share your designs!

Awesome Colouring books. I wish I had some for the ESL (English as a Second Language) parents that can’t communicate and get depressed . Love your work!

I was given this book as a gift for Christmas. It has been a joy for me. I have spent hours lost in the intricacies of the images, coming out at the end with a sense of pride and happiness in what I, with his art, have done. Very much would recommend this to anyone who enjoys colouring, mandalas, and grown-up art. It is wonderful.
